NFL Week 2 betting odds, lines, point spreads and over/under totals for every 2024 football game image

With an exciting and oft-dramatic Week 1 in the books, the 2024 NFL season has already retained its status as the unofficial king of the sports betting world. The Sporting News has all the opening lines for Week 2, including moneyline, spread, and over/under odds for the upcoming 16-game slate.

The 59th season in the Super Bowl era began with Patrick Mahomes and the back-to-back reigning-champion Chiefs beating 2023 MVP Lamar Jackson and the Ravens by a toe. The weekend concluded with Jared Goff and the Lions narrowly defeating Matthew Stafford and the Rams in overtime.

Plenty of stud rookies shined on the offensive side of the ball, including No. 1 pick Caleb Williams as he led the Bears to win No. 1 on the campaign. New Chargers head coach also helped his team take down a dub, as did Jerod Mayo and Mike Macdonald for the Patriots and Seahawks, respectively.

Week 2 will be just as action-packed, albeit with a few more lopsided spreads than the opening weekend. Bettors will need to pick their spots wisely to turn profits, so be sure to check out the Sporting News' best bets, top props, and optimal DFS pieces throughout the coming days.

Kicking off the week, watch for the Bills and Dolphins to provide some fireworks in the latest iteration of their AFC East rivalry. The same could be expected from the Saints and Cowboys, who combined to score 80 points in their Week 1 victories over Carolina and Cleveland.

The Bengals and Chiefs renew their rivalry in the highlight game of the 4:00 p.m. Sunday slate, leading right into a Texans-Bears showdown that pits 2023 Rookie of the Year C.J. Stroud against 2024 No. 1 pick Caleb Williams. Then it's a battle of the birds in Philadelphia, with the Falcons visiting the Eagles.

Let's take a look at how BetMGM expects these tilts — and for that matter, all 16 games — to shake out. Here are the full odds for every Week 2 game of the 2024 NFL season. Good luck, have fun, and may all your wagers fall in your favor!
