When you look good you feel good, and when you feel good you play good, and when you play good they pay good - or something like that. Deion Sanders isn't always right about everything, but it does never hurt to feel confident about how you look, especially going into a professional football game.
On that note, the Seattle Seahawks are starting out their 2024 NFL regular season schedule on the right foot. The team announced on Monday that they will be wearing their beautiful and super popular 90s-style throwback royal blue and apple green uniforms for Sunday's home game against the Denver Broncos.
Seattle wore the throwbacks two times last season, first in a narrow win at home over the Cleveland Browns, and then later in the season in a heart-breaking loss on the road to the Dallas Cowboys.
The Seahawks will also be wearing the throwbacks at least one more time during the 2024 regular season: in their Week 6 matchup on Thursday Night Football against the division rival San Francisco 49ers.
As for the game itself, Seattle is a heavy favorite at home against Denver, which will be starting rookie Bo Nix at quarterback against new head coach Mike Macdonald's much-hyped defense. The Seahawks are six-point favorites, according to Draft Kings Sportsbook.
