Patriots at Cowboys against the spread
Vinnie Iyer's pick: Remember when this game was going to be Tony Romo vs. Jimmy Garoppolo and big advantage Dallas? It's now flipped to Tom Brady vs. Brandon Weeden. We're looking for any way for the Cowboys' defense and passing game to keep up with the post-bye Patriots, and we can't find one. Patriots win 42-17 and cover the spread in the lock of the week.

Seahawks at Bengals straight up pick
David Steele's pick: Since the Seahawks probably deserved to lose last week, they likely won't get away with anything this week. Granted, it won't be any picnic for Andy Dalton, but the Seahawks simply can't protect Russell Wilson at all. He and Alex Smith lead the league in getting sacked at 18. Bengals stay perfect. Bengals 27, Seahawks 17.

Saints at Eagles odds and lines
Line: Philadelphia -4.5
Total: 49
Linemakers take: This is one of the highest totals of the week, even though neither offense is living up to expectations. Philadelphia's offense was supposed to be one of the NFL's best but has sputtered at 19.5 PPG (tied for 22nd), helping the UNDER go 4-0. The Saints' offense has been just slightly better at 21.5 PPG, despite racking up a lot of yards. The UNDER is 2-2 in their contests
