The Jaguars will look for their second straight win in London, this time hosting the Bills at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
LIVE: Follow Jaguars vs. Bills updates from London
Jacksonville is coming off a commanding 23-7 victory over the Falcons at Wembley Stadium in Week 4. Trevor Lawrence got things going early when he connected on a 30-yard touchdown to Calvin Ridley, but it was the Jaguars' defense that put the game out of reach.
Leading 10-0 late in the first half, Jacksonville CB Darious Williams picked off Falcons QB Desmond Ridder and returned it to the house for a 61-yard pick six. The Jaguars needed a bounce back win, coming into this tough matchup against the Bills with a 2-2 record.
Buffalo, on the other hand, is coming off its best win of the season. One week after the Dolphins racked up 70 points in a win over the Broncos, the Bills' defense bottled up Miami, holding its high-powered offense to 20 points.
Buffalo's star duo of Josh Allen and Stefon Diggs carried its offense to 48 points, connecting for three touchdowns in the decisive victory.
