Bears vs. Lions
Bears' Charles Tillman, Lions' Reggie Bush active
Chicago Bears cornerback Charles Tillman is in the lineup against Calvin Johnson and the Detroit Lions.
Tillman was questionable for Sunday's game because of knee and groin injuries.
Lions running back Reggie Bush is active, as expected. He was listed as probable with an ailing left knee, a week after missing a game. Bush's return bumped Mikel Leshoure back to the inactive list.
Detroit wide receiver Patrick Edwards is inactive with a sprained right ankle. That hurts the Lions' depth chart in their first game without Nate Burleson since he broke his left arm in a car accident.
The Bears are starting defensive tackle Nate Collins in place of Henry Melton, who had a season-ending knee injury, and activated defensive tackle Landon Cohen.
Seahawks vs. Texans
Houston LT Brown inactive against Seahawks
Houston Texans All-Pro left tackle Duane Brown is inactive for a second straight game Sunday against the Seahawks with a toe injury.
Ryan Harris, who appeared in each game last season with two starts, will start in his place.
The Seahawks also have injuries to their offensive line with center Max Unger (triceps) and right tackle Breno Giacomini (knee) inactive against the Texans. Lemuel Jeanpierre will start at center and Michael Bowie will fill in at right tackle on Sunday.
Houston receiver Andre Johnson is active after missing some practice this week with a bruised shin.
Ravens vs. Bills
Rice active for Ravens, Bills' McKelvin out
Star running back Ray Rice is active for the Baltimore Ravens for the game with the Buffalo Bills.
Rice has been dealing with a hip injury and did not play against the Texans in Week 3.
The Bills' already-depleted secondary will be without cornerback Leodis McKelvin, inactive after fighting a hamstring injury sustained in a Week 3 loss to the Jets.
Also inactive for the Bills' secondary are safety Jairus Byrd, cornerbacks Ron Brooks and Stephon Gilmore. Kicker Dustin Hopkins, guard Doug Legursky and wide receiver Marquise Goodwin round out Buffalo's inactives.
Inactive for Baltimore are receivers Jacoby Jones and Brandon Stokley, linebacker Arthur Brown, defensive lineman Terrence Cody, offensive lineman Jah Reid, center Ryan Jensen and newly acquired safety Jeromy Miles.
Steelers vs. Vikings
Redman among inactives for Steelers vs Vikings
Running back Isaac Redman is inactive for the Pittsburgh Steelers for their game against the Minnesota Vikings in London, with rookie Le'Veon Bell set to make his debut.
The Steelers say Redman is not injured but won't dress for the game at Wembley Stadium.
The Steelers are also without cornerbacks Isaiah Green and Antwon Blake, as well as wide receiver Derek Moye.
Quarterback Christian Ponder is out with a rib injury for Minnesota, with Matt Cassel making his first start of the season.
Both teams are 0-3.
Giants vs. Chiefs
Chiefs cornerback Flowers out
Cornerback Brandon Flowers, Kansas City's leader in the secondary, will be out for Sunday's game against the New York Giants.
Slowed all week by a knee injury but hoping to be ready, Flowers has been declared inactive Sunday. This could be good news for the Giants' passing game. Receivers Hakeem Nicks and Victor Cruz have been slowed by a rash of injuries to the offensive line which have led to quarterback Eli Manning getting sacked a league-high 13 times in three games.
As expected, the Giants' ravaged line is without center David Baas and guard Chris Snee. Stepping in for Bass and making his first start at center is Jim Cordle.
Also out for the Chiefs are starting left guard Jeff Allen and starting tight end Anthony Fasano. In addition, backup tight end Travis Kelce is inactive.
Cardinals vs. Buccaneers
QB Freeman inactive for Bucs against Cardinals
Josh Freeman has gone from Tampa Bay's starting quarterback to inactive for Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals.
The Buccaneers benched the fifth-year pro in favor of Mike Glennon, who's making his first NFL start. Freeman completed less than 48 percent of his passes during Tampa Bay's 0-3 start, and the Bucs have lost eight of nine overall dating to last season.
Cornerbacks Michael Adams and Rashaan Melvin, defensive end Trevor Scott, guard/tackle Gabe Carimi, tight end Tom Crabtree and defensive tackle Derek Landri also are inactive for the Bucs.
Safety Rashad Johnson is inactive for the Cardinals after losing the tip of a finger making a tackle against New Orleans last week.
Arizona's other inactives are quarterback Ryan Lindley, running back Ryan Williams, linebacker Kevin Minter, tackle Bobby Massie, guard Earl Watford and defensive tackle Dan Williams.
Bengals vs. Browns
Bengals missing CB Hall, S Nelson against Browns
The Cincinnati Bengals will be without starting cornerback Leon Hall and safety Reggie Nelson when they play the Browns.
Hall, Nelson and backup cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick are out Sunday with hamstring injuries, leaving Cincinnati's secondary in shambles. Adam "Pacman" Jones will start for Hall, and Taylor Mays will slide over from strong to free safety and take Nelson's spot.
Browns starting linebacker Jabaal Sheard is out with a sprained left knee, giving rookie Barkevious Mingo his first NFL start. Mingo has two sacks in two games after missing the season opener with a bruised lung. Defensive end Billy Winn is also out with a quadriceps injury, testing Cleveland's depth up front.
Browns kicker Billy Cundiff is active after missing some practice this week with a quadriceps injury.
Colts vs. Jaguars
Colts shuffle O-line to replace injured C Satele
The Indianapolis Colts will be without starting center Samson Satele against Jacksonville.
Satele had been listed as probable with an elbow injury. But he was one of the team's seven inactives for Sunday's game. Guard Mike McGlynn will start at center, and backup guard Jeff Linkenbach will move into the starting lineup.
Receiver Griff Whalen, offensive tackle Xavier Nixon and defensive tackle Montori Hughes also are inactive for Indy. The Colts previously ruled out running back Ahmad Bradshaw (neck), safety LaRon Landry (ankle) and defensive tackle Ricky Jean Francois (groin).
Jacksonville ruled out cornerback Dwayne Gratz (ankle), safety Dwight Lowery (concussion) and receivers Mike Brown (back) and Stephen Burton (concussion) on Friday. The Jaguars also will be without guard Austin Pasztor, tight end D.J. Williams and defensive tackle Abry Jones.
