NFL teams released their final Week 10 injury reports Friday, with the health of several star players hanging in the balance.
Ben Roethlisberger and DeAngelo Williams are battling foot injuries, leaving their availability for Sunday against the Browns in question. Meanwhile, Calvin Johnson and Eddie Lacy are preparing to bounce back from their respective injuries in time for the matchup between the Lions against Packers.

Here are the five most impactful injuries heading into Week 10:
Ben Roethlisberger
As much as the Steelers quarterback wants to see action against the Browns in Sunday's key AFC North rivalry, he could be watching from the sideline.
Roethlisberger suffered a mid-foot sprain in last Sunday’s win over the Raiders and was expected to miss a few weeks, a huge blow miss four games this season with a sprained MCL suffered in Week 2 against the Rams. He was expected to be in walking boot all week, but is "progressing ahead of schedule" with his injury and is already out of the boot. He practiced on a limited basis Thursday and Friday after skipping Wednesday's workout. He's officially listed as questionable.
Despite Roethlisberger's taking steps forward with his injury, backup Landry Jones is expected to start under center. Jones completed 28 of 47 passes for 456 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions in three games this season. Pittsburgh went 2-2 with Jones and fellow backup Mike Vick filling in for Roethlisberger.
Peyton Manning
Coach Gary Kubiak confirmed Wednesday that Manning is battling a sore foot, particularly in the heel area, though he is listed as probable and the injury shouldn't keep him from playing Sunday against the Chiefs.
Manning appeared on the team's injury report last week with a right shoulder injury, though it shouldn't hamper his ability to complete a 3-yard pass to set the NFL record for career passing yards. Manning is poised to surpass Brett Favre with 71,839 yards and claim the all-time record. A win over Kansas City would also make him the winningest quarterback in NFL history.
In the unlikely event Manning is unable to play, Brock Osweiler, a former second-round pick, is prepared to make his first career start.
Calvin Johnson
Despite dealing with an ankle injury and being listed as questionable, the Lions wide receiver is expected to suit up Sunday in a critical NFC North rivalry game against the Packers.
Johnson exited the Lions' blowout loss to the Chiefs in the fourth quarter of the team's Week 8 game in London. He missed Monday's post-bye practice but resumed workouts Wednesday and Thursday in a limited capacity, saying his ankle is feeling better and he expects to play at Green Bay. Johnson had missed three games with a high-ankle sprain last season, though his injury doesn't compare to the ugly one suffered last year. He has 81 catches for 1,284 yards and 14 touchdowns in 14 games against the Packers, though the Lions are just 3-11 when playing Green Bay.
With its offense in a downward spiral, Detroit will need Johnson on the field as much as possible as the team attempts to salvage what remains of its disappointing season. The Lions own the worst record in the league, ranked last in scoring defense (30.6 points per game) and second-to-last in points scored (18.6).
DeAngelo Williams
The Steelers running back is nursing a foot injury, which is heightened by the likelihood of quarterback Ben Roethlisberger sitting out with a foot sprain of his own.
Williams sat out Wednesday's practice with swelling in his foot but resumed full workouts Thursday and Friday and is probable to play. He has been productive this season, rushing for five touchdowns and averaging 5.3 yards per carry. Despite just three starts, he is a top-20 NFL rusher with 480 yards and is on a pace to top the record of 1,121 yards by a running back 32 or older in the Super Bowl era.
If he's healthy, Williams is expected to get the bulk of the workload in the backfield after Le'Veon Bell was lost for the season with a torn MCL and other leg injuries suffered in Week 8 against the Bengals. The Steelers are left with Jordan Todman and the newly signed Isaiah Pead as the only other running backs on the roster.
Eddie Lacy
The Packers running back will look to get his season back on track after returning to practice on a limited basis this week. He is listed as questionable for Sunday.
Lacy left in the third quarter of the Packers' loss to the Panthers last Sunday with a groin injury. After running for more than 1,100 yards in his first two seasons while scoring 20 touchdowns, he was expected to be one of the top backs this season. He has instead been a huge disappointment for the Packers and fantasy football owners with only 308 yards and two touchdowns on 83 carries. Coach Mike McCarthy said Wednesday that James Starks has officially taken the No. 1 role from Lacy.
Lacy previously suffered a sprained right ankle in Week 2 against the Seahawks but has yet to miss any games. Still, his production has been on a sharp decline. Green Bay will look to bounce back and extend its 24-game winning streak at home over Detroit.
