The Los Angeles Rams haven't had many of their pre-draft meetings with prospects reported, but according to reports, they met with Alabama running back Jase McClellan ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft.
The Rams are one of nine total teams McClellan has reportedly visited before the 2024 NFL Draft, along with the Dallas Cowboys, Arizona Cardinals, Los Angeles Chargers, Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, Jacksonville Jaguars, Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings, according to KPRC2's Aaron Wilson.

The 5-foot-10 running back was a key cog of the Crimson Tide's offense in 2023. After a torn ACL derailed his career as an underclassman, McClellan posted 655 rushing yards and seven touchdowns in 2022 before recording 803 rushing yards and six touchdowns in 2023, pacing the team. McClellan finished his college career with 341 carries for 1,894 rushing yards, and 16 touchdowns. He also caught 38 passes for 398 yards and six touchdowns out of the backfield.
The Rams have their lead back in Kyren Williams, but they have drafted a running back in each of their last six drafts and are still looking to fill out their depth behind Williams. McClellan is projected as a late Day 3 pick by most scouts. He did not participate in most of the pre-draft process due to an injury in his right foot.
