The Raiders could be looking to move up in the 2019 NFL Draft.
But, not by much.
Oakland and the Jets have discussed potentially swapping picks, according to a report from The Athletic, which cites unidentified league sources. New York enters Thursday with the third selection while the Raiders are set to draft at No. 4.

There is a "good chance" the Jets are going to trade down, according to an earlier report from ESPN. They’ve also reportedly had trade discussions with the Bills and the Redskins.
“I think we’re very excited about where we are this year with the third pick in the draft,” Jets general manager Mike Maccagnan said earlier this week, via Newsday. “I think we’ll have a good player available at that spot. I think we may have a trade option or two come up, and we’ll weigh that.
“We may be very happy to sit there and pick a really good player at three that could be a foundation player for us.”
Meanwhile, the Raiders have reportedly been considering selecting a quarterback and they’re “super impressed” with Dwayne Haskins, according to an earlier report from CBS Sports.
The Raiders currently hold three total first-round selections. In addition to the fourth pick, they’re set to draft at No. 24 and No. 27.
