The NFL is set to pass its quarter poll during Week 5 action as the season is now in full gear. However, the NFL Sunday slate will be a bit lighter than usual for the next half of the season as bye weeks are set to begin in Week 5.

The Browns, Buccaneers, Chargers and Seahawks will all get the earliest byes possible in Week 5. That will give Cleveland and Los Angeles, which are banged-up, some time to get healthy while Tampa Bay and Seattle can bask in the glory of a strong start to the season.

That said, their absences mean only 14 games will be played in Week 5. And because there is a second consecutive London game set to be played, only 10 total games will be played on the NFL's main slate Sunday afternoon.

Per usual, CBS and Fox will broadcast all 10 of these games. The rights will be split down the middle, with each network having five. That said, it's CBS' turn to broadcast the national doubleheader, so it will have games in both the 1 p.m. ET and 4:25 p.m. ET windows while Fox will air just one game on its network in each TV market.

Fox is also getting more games than CBS by a ratio of seven to five. So there will be a wide variety of games available on Fox, though the Eagles-Commanders and Patriots-Cowboys games will be the ones available to the most viewers.

CBS will rely on the Steelers-Ravens rivalry to buoy its coverage in the early window, while the Chiefs vs. Vikings clash figures to be the network's main focus in the late slate. Also of interest among the CBS games will be the second 4:25 p.m. ET game, which is set to feature a battle of Sean Payton's Broncos and Nathaniel Hackett's Jets.

So CBS has a nice variety of games despite the thin broadcast schedule.

Fox's Week 5 NFL coverage looks strong, as well, as the network will carry the Eagles-Rams game as well as the Giants-Dolphins game. It will be interesting to see how much the network values the Dolphins' explosive offense compared to the matchup between two solid teams in the Eagles and Rams.

The Lions-Panthers game could also draw some national consideration considering that Detroit has become a fan-favorite team in recent seasons.

Below are the full NFL coverage maps for Week 5, plus a list of major TV markets and the CBS and Fox games that will be presented in each on Sunday.

There will once again be three stand-alone games combined on Sunday and Monday, as the Jaguars are hosting the Bills for their second consecutive London game at 9:30 a.m. ET on Sunday. The NFL will then have its usual "Sunday Night Football" contest, one that figures to be a hard-fought battle between the Cowboys and 49ers in a matchup of two of the NFC's best teams.

Meanwhile, "Monday Night Football" will be a single game rather than a doubleheader for the second consecutive week. The Raiders will host the Packers in that contest as Davante Adams squares off against his former team for the first time since he was traded to Las Vegas in 2022. Jordan Love will look to bounce back from a poor prime-time showing in that contest, as well.
