Patriots vs. Jaguars: Score, results, highlights from Week 2 game in Jacksonville image

Blake Bortles had one of if not the best performance of his career Sunday afternoon as the Jaguars topped the Patriots, 31-20.

New England trailed 24-3 at one point during the game, but the Pats roared back to pull within nine points. The staunch Jacksonville defense, coupled with Bortles' 377-yard, four-touchdown performance, helped keep the Patriots at bay as the Jaguars improved to 2-0 on the season.

NFL SCORES: Week 2 scoreboard, stats

Tom Brady threw two touchdowns on the day to go along with 234 yards passing. Jacksonville wide receiver Keelan Cole had himself a day, accumulating 116 yards and a touchdown on seven catches, including an insane, one-handed grab.

Jacksonville running back Leonard Fournette did not play Sunday due to injury. New England's Trey Flower and Patrick Chung both left the game in the third quarter due to concussions.

SN provided live updates and highlights during the Jaguars' win over the Patriots on Sunday. Here's how it went down.
