The Pittsburgh Steelers beefed up the linebacker position earlier this offseason when they signed former Baltimore Ravens defender Patrick Queen to a three-year, $41 million deal in free agency.
The signing obviously caused quite the stir considering the rivalry, which is always on the cusp of heating up even more than normal, something Queen and Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick saw first hand in 2023.
Ahead of the Steelers versus Ravens Week 5 matchup last season, Queen, who was with Baltimore at the time, got into it with Fitzpatrick on the field and had to be separated before the situation escalated.
The interaction apparently started because Queen wasn't happy that Fitzpatrick was staring over at the Ravens, which led to the players having a hilarious "worry about your team" battle.
Fitzpatrick urged Queen to "do something" but the players were broken up before he could.

Normally, nobody would bat an eye at players from the two rivals jawing at each other, but, of course, Fitzpatrick and Queen will be teammates in 2024.
We're sure it's all water under the bridge by now, but it's still funny to see knowing that the pair would become teammates just five months later. And, both will play a key role for Pittsburgh in 2024 as the Steelers look to get back to the playoffs.
