Evans initially sustained the hamstring injury in the first quarter of the Bucs' win over the Bengals in their second preseason game. He was held out of Tampa Bay's final two preseason games as well as the team's season-opening loss to the Titans.
Evans' return is good news for rookie quarterback Jameis Winston, who desperately needs his top target against a suspect New Orleans secondary.
