Michael Bennett's hot head got him kicked out of Seahawks practice on Thursday.
The defensive end was participating in a drill when he and Cliff Avril began spatting with left guard Mark Glowinski. Bennett eventually had to be held back by several players, which led to coach Pete Carroll sidelining him for the remainder of the practice.

Sitting out didn't cool Bennett off. He began yelling at the offensive line before Avril took him back to the locker room.
"We can't play like that," Carroll said, via ESPN.com. "You get in a skirmish, you get thrown out. That's what happens. So that happened today. And that's just the way you do it, the way we do it."
