After seven season in the NFL, former Miami Dolphins wide receiver Albert Wilson is hanging up his cleats. According to Ben Moore of 247Sports, Wilson has announced his retirement from the NFL.
A former undrafted free-agent signing of the Kansas City Chiefs out of Georgia State, Wilson played in 34 games (12 starts) over three seasons in Miami. His best season with the Dolphins came in 2018, when he tallied 391 receiving yards and four touchdowns in just seven games.
In all, Wilson finished his Dolphins tenure with 94 receptions for 955 yards and five scores.
Prior to his stint in South Beach, Wilson spent four seasons with the Chiefs, where he totaled 124 catches for 1,544 yards and seven touchdowns. He compiled a career-best 554 receiving yards in 2017, to go along with three touchdowns.

After parting ways with the Dolphins, Wilson had a cup of coffee with the Minnesota Vikings and spent time on the Las Vegas Raiders' practice squad in 2022. He never played in a game for either team.
