Just when you think Las Vegas Raiders star edge rusher Maxx Crosby couldn't possibly do something to amaze you after all he has done during his impressive career, he simply finds a way.
The Raiders held their second and final open practice at Allegiant Stadium on Tuesday night and Crosby put on a show for the fans, with the highlight being Crosby's incredible diving interception that he returned to the house.
The pass came from the newly-crowned starter, quarterback Gardner Minshew, and saw Crosby first tip the pass before diving to bring it in. After taking it in for a score, Crosby dunked the ball through the uprights.

As if the actual play itself wasn't enough, Crosby made a sensational read to put himself in position to pick the pass off.
Head coach Antonio Pierce recently said the Raiders have had to pull Crosby off the practice field this summer because of how much he wrecks practice. Not that we needed proof, but now we've seen it with our own eyes.
“It’s difficult when you have a player of his magnitude, the way he practices, the effort,” Pierce said of Crosby. “I mean, that’s where he gets you at. When guys get tired — and everyone in the league, it happens to them — and all of a sudden on play six, here comes Maxx.
“There are certain plays we want to see, and sometimes you’ve got to pull him off on those plays to get the look for the offense. I mean, he is that type of player now in his career where when he makes up his mind, he’s unblockable. And I think he understands that, and we understand that.”
Crosby is coming off a career year in 2023 that saw him tally 14.5 sacks and earn his third consecutive Pro Bowl nod. With Malcolm Koonce and the addition of Christian Wilkins, offenses will have a tough time focusing attention on him, putting Crosby in a great position for his best season yet.
