Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch plans to play in Sunday's NFC division-round game at Carolina.
A text to ESPN on Thursday read “I’m Ready”, although Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said he thought that was the case last week before departing for Minnesota.

Lynch, who hasn’t played since mid-November due to abdominal surgery, practiced Wednesday and Thursday.
He also practiced last week before informing Carroll at the last minute he couldn’t play in the wild-card game against the Vikings.
If he can't go, Christine Michael will get the majority of the touches in Seattle's backfield.
