Apparently the reasoning behind Le'Veon Bell's missed drug tests are very innocent: He changed his phone number.

While that could be a feasible scenario, it would have been smart for Bell to provide the NFL and drug-testing program with his new number. Especially since he was already in the league's drug-testing program, Bell knows that random drug tests could come at any time.

Something doesn't quite seem to be adding up here. Regardless if the story is true, the NFL likely won't reduce or eliminate Bell's punishment for not remembering to give important personnel his new number.
However, Bell recently took to Instagram to state he was positive he would overturn the suspension.
