LeSean McCoy's hamstring still isn't completely healthy, which means the Buffalo back is likely to miss Week 4 against the Giants.

McCoy has played every game so far this season, but he's not playing the way he wants. His hamstring is limiting his full ability and the Bills "could decide to rest" McCoy, according to ESPN

He suffered the injury during training camp and it's not getting better.

“I can’t get that acceleration,” he said, via the Buffalo News, “that burst.”

McCoy's injury showed on the stat sheet, especially in Week 3. He carried the ball 11 times for 16 yards (1.5 yard avg). While McCoy struggled, rookie Karlos Williams stepped in and had a monster performance, carrying the ball 12 times for 110 yards and a touchdown.

Williams hasn't just impressed in Week 3, either. He's the only running back to score a rushing touchdown in every game for his club this season. He actually has more rushing yards (186) than McCoy (146) through three games, despite less playing time.

McCoy is an elite talent, but Williams has given the Bills enough confidence to consider giving McCoy the rest he needs in order to heal.
