The Las Vegas Raiders are holding their eighth session of voluntary organized team activities on Tuesday, and it's the second that was open to the media, which allowed us to see who was and wasn't taking part.
According to Tashan Reed of The Athletic, a total of 12 players did not participate, including left tackle Kolton Miller, guards Jackson Powers-Johnson and Jake Johanning, wide receiver Davante Adams, running back Brittain Brown, defensive ends Maxx Crosby, TJ Franklin and Elerson Smith, defensive tackles John Jenkins, Nesta Jade Silvera and Matthew Butler, and linebacker Darien Butler.
The new additions to the list include Brown, Jenkins, Franklin, Smith and Crosby, who was spotted at the session but not taking part. Adams has been absent for all three of the open practices now, as has Jade Silvera and Matthew Butler.
Powers-Johnson did take part in the first open practice but left early due to injury. He was not present at the second open practice, and it remains unknown what he's dealing with.
Players who returned to practice after not taking part last week include wide receivers Michael Gallup, Jalen Guyton, Tulu Griffin and Jeff Foreman, cornerback Cornell Armstrong, and defensive tackle Marquan McCall.
Once practice concludes, we'll have full coverage with the biggest takeaways from the open session, so check back later.
