After reports suggested that the 2024 schedules for the Las Vegas Raiders and the rest of the league would be released this week, a new report has revealed that will not happen and instead they will be released next week.
Per Ben Fischer of the Sports Business Journal, the league sent out a memo to teams on Tuesday afternoon saying the schedules would be revealed on Wednesday, May 15, at 8 p.m. ET.
Originally, CBS Sports' Jonathan Jones reported that it looked like the entire 2024 slate would be revealed this week, and quite possibly on Thursday, May 9.
Fischer notes that the expectation among teams was that the schedule would be released this week, but it didn't come to fruition. It remains unclear why.
NEWS: The full @NFL schedule is currently slated to be released at 8pm ET on May 15, per memo to teams this afternoon from exec Hans Schroeder.
