Could Kareem Hunt be in trouble again?
According to TMZ Sports, the suspended Browns running back was seen on video speaking with several police officers following an alleged incident at a party at the Barley House in Cleveland.
The report noted Hunt was not detained or arrested and left the establishment without incident after one witness claimed he was "involved in a physical altercation with another man."
However, Barley House owner Bobby George told WKYC3 the whole thing was a misunderstanding and that Hunt was "very respectful."
"I believe it was a small argument with one of his friends," George told WKYC. "People blew it out of proportion."
Hunt was suspended for the first eight games of 2019 for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy after a video surfaced of him shoving and kicking a woman in the hallway of a Cleveland hotel last February.
He was promptly released by the Chiefs in the wake of the incident but it wasn't long before he was scooped up by the Browns.
Players serving suspensions are usually banned from their team's facilities, though the Browns have asked the league to let Hunt remain with the team during that time. He made an appearance at OTAs in May.
Hunt, 23, ran for 874 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games last season for the Chiefs. He previously led the NFL in rushing with 1,327 yards in 2017.
