According to the police report, obtained by KNWA, the officer noticed red, watery eyes and slurred speech from Williams during the arrest. Police also added there was a "strong odor of intoxicants on his breath and swaying balance."

Williams, who claims he only had one beer at an earlier point in the night, refused to take a breathalyzer test.
The rookie's problems add more headaches to the Bills' backfield, albeit a much more serious dilemma. Projected starter LeSean McCoy is dealing with an ankle injury and backup Karlos Williams (who had strong production in 2015) is reportedly overweight, and will begin training camp on the sideline.
