Ex-Browns coach Mike Pettine is officially out in Cleveland, and Johnny Manziel may not be far behind him.
The Browns second-year quarterback didn't show up to the team's practice facility on Sunday and the team was unable to reach him, according to Sports Illustrated. SI's Peter King reported that, "I will be stunned if he ever plays another snap for Cleveland. He wants to go to Dallas."

Manziel was reportedly seen gambling at a Las Vegas casino on Saturday night, according to USA Today. He was scheduled to sit out the team's finale against the Steelers due to a concussion, but was still required to show up on Sunday. Cleveland lost to the Steelers Sunday.
And if that wasn't enough, Manziel reportedly showed up to the team's practice facility "disheveled and inebriated" last week, according to ESPN.
The Browns picked Manziel in the first round (22nd overall) in the 2014 NFL Draft after hiring Pettine as coach, hoping to turn the troubled college star into a franchise quarterback. He appeared in nine games this season, throwing for seven touchdowns while turning the ball over a total of 11 times (five interceptions, six fumbles) and finishing with a quarterback rating of 79.4.
