Chandler Catanzaro has decided to call it a career.

The Jets on Sunday announced the 28-year-old kicker has retired from the NFL after just five seasons.

The team signed fellow kicker Taylor Bertolet in a corresponding move to replace Catanzaro.

Catanzaro had struggled during the preseason and missed two extra points against the Giants on Thursday night. The New York Daily News reported Saturday that the Jets were looking into other options and had worked out kickers Blair Walsh, Chris Blewitt and Bertolet.

Catanzaro signed with the Cardinals as an undrafted fee agent out of Clemson in 2014 and remained in Arizona until he joined the Jets in 2017. He then rejoined New York in April after splitting last season with the Buccaneers and Panthers.

He converted on 83.8 percent of his field goals and 92.9 percent of his extra points over his career.
