Jay Gruden all but covered his ears and stomped as he answered questions following the Redskins 32-21 loss to the Giants on Thursday night.
Gruden wouldn’t hear any talk of switching to Colt McCoy despite Kirk Cousins' two turnovers and below-average 6.4 yards per pass attempt.

"No. No. Kirk is fine, we just have to play better around him," Gruden told reporters via NFL.com after Thursday's game. "There's no quarterback controversy."
Cousins performance was his second double-pick game of the season. The Redskins (1-2) have lost both those games and it was the 10th time in 12 starts he has committed a turnover.
"It's great," Cousins said afterward of Gruden's support. "But I made a couple bad plays tonight and I gotta find a way to clean those up."
No mention was made of Robert Griffin III, who was inactive against the Giants.
