Everyone knows James Harrison is an absolute monster in the gym. And if you weren’t aware, I present to you his workout routine just hours after the Steelers throttled the Chiefs on Sunday night.

Exercise No. 1 — Leg press nearly 900 pounds

Exercise No. 2 — Squat 405 pounds with resistant bands
