Despite Jaguars owner Shad Khan's optimism this week, Jalen Ramsey won't suit up Sunday.
The disgruntled cornerback is inactive after being listed as questionable, the team announced.

The move comes just days Khan told The Street, a business news and investing website, that he expects the star cornerback to be "fine this week" after missing the last two games with a back injury.
Khan had added he had a "heart-to-heart" with Ramsey and that the two sides will come up with a solution in the wake of the All-Pro's trade request.

Following Khan's interview, ESPN reported Ramsey was still "going to listen to his body" about potentially playing and that nothing has changed about his stance on wanting to be traded.
Ramsey returned to practice Wednesday on a limited basis just days after visiting a specialist in Houston for his back ailment.
The injury comes after Ramsey was involved in a heated exchange with Jaguars coach Doug Marrone on the sideline during the team's loss to the Texans in Week 2. Ramsey requested to be dealt shortly after the incident. He played in Week 3 but hasn't played since, ending his streak of starting the first 51 regular-season games of his NFL career.
Ramsey, who was selected by Jacksonville with the No. 5 pick in the 2016 draft, has nine interceptions and 45 pass breakups in his career.
The Jaguars (2-3) are slated to host the Saints (4-1) at 1 p.m. ET.
