A productive offseason has Jacksonville fans optimistic about a bounce-back campaign in the 2024 NFL season.
It's a contract year for Trevor Lawrence, so the star QB and former No. 1 pick should be ecstatic that Trent Baalke bolstered his offensive line, acquired wideout Gabe Davis, and drafted stud receiver Brian Thomas Jr.
The Jaguars also made multiple offseason moves to improve their interior defense and secondary, both big weaknesses throughout their underwhelming 9-8 season last year.
Many have already pegged Jacksonville as a top sleeper to make the 2024 NFL Playoffs. The Jags started the 2023 season with an 8-3 record, after all, before a late-season collapse that saw them lose five of their final six games ultimately let Houston leapfrog Jacksonville for the AFC South crown.
