The Indianapolis Colts officially begin the offseason workout program Monday as they embark on preparation for the 2024 season ahead of the NFL Draft.
The majority of teams in the NFL will begin the offseason workout schedule Monday, commencing Phase 1 of the program. They will follow that up with organized team activities (OTAs) and mandatory minicamp in June.

Indianapolis Colts 2024 offseason NFL workout schedule
- April 15: Phase 1 of workouts begin
- May 21-23: OTAs
- May 29-31: OTAs
- June 4-6: Mandatory minicamp
Phase 1 of the program allows solely for workouts and conditioning so they won't be on the field until Phase 2. Even then, the workouts are very restricted. The Colts will begin getting deep into the offseason workouts during OTAs, which is the start of Phase 3.
One note of interest comes with the fact that the Colts currently only have six OTA practices scheduled. Teams are permitted to have 10 total OTA practices so it will be interesting to see if they wind up adding more to the list.
