With Mitchell under contract, the Colts have now signed all nine of their selections from the 2024 draft class.
The Texas product figures to compete with Alec Pierce for the starting X-receiver role in Shane Steichen's offense. Both offer upside as deep threats, but Mitchell brings higher upside as a dynamic playmaker in the intermediate and deep parts of the field.
