Hunter Henry just can't seem to stay healthy.
The Chargers released a statement Wednesday revealing the tight end suffered a tibia plateau fracture — a break in the upper portion of the tibia or the shin bone — to his left knee during Sunday's overtime win against the Colts.
The team added a timeline for Henry's return has yet to be determined, though he appears to have at least avoided surgery.
ESPN reported the Chargers anticipate the injury will sideline Henry four to six weeks.

It's worth noting the same injury ended Texans defensive end J.J. Watt‘s season in 2017.
Henry has dealt with other significant hurdles when it comes to his health. He sustained a lacerated kidney late in the 2017 season and a torn ACL in the 2018 preseason that sidelined him until he debuted during the playoffs in January against the Patriots.
He caught four passes for 60 yards in Week 1.
The Chargers are slated to visit the Lions next at 1 p.m. ET Sunday.
