From postgame press conferences to next-day media availability, NFL players and coaches can't escape the microphone.
Giants coach Tom Coughlin defends Odell Beckham Jr., but not the receiver's actions; Panthers cornerback Josh Norman has no love for Beckham; Titans coach Mike Mularkey acts as team spokesman; Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel wants some continuity; Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is not a fan of false reports; and Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins is a Twitter must-follow.

Here's the latest edition of "He Said What?!"
— Coughlin on Beckham's acts of aggression Sunday against the Panthers:
"I will not defend his actions (Sunday) because they were wrong," Coughlin said Monday. "This particular franchise and organization does not tolerate that. So I would not do that. But I will defend the young man and the quality of the person. I will defend him as long as I'm able and I told our team that. Our team feels the same way."

— Norman had some pretty harsh words for the Giants' second-year receiver.
"F— him. He's a bitch. Screw him and his whole set-up."
— Panthers cornerback Cortland Finnegan had an interesting theory on Beckham's anger issues.
“He may have something in his blood, you know. Maybe it’s female-related. That’s the only thing I could think of."

— Former NFL coach Tony Dungy said the officials deserve some of the blame for letting things get out of hand.
"The officials let Odell Beckham get away with way to many things early in the game. Now things are out of hand. Only ejections can help now."
— Mularkey disputed reports from "sources" that rookie quarterback Marcus Mariota was out for the season:
"I just told you from a real source," he said Monday. "He will be out this week and evaluated again . . . next week."
— Manziel wants to see Browns coach Mike Pettine and his entire staff return.
"I want to have these receivers and the people that we have on this roster on the staff," Manziel told reporters after Sunday's loss to the Seahawks, "so we can go through the spring and not have to learn what this call is and this play (is) and be able to go through a spring and have some of the continuity."
— Manning on the disputed NFL Network report that said he will not accept a backup role:
"Bulls— and insulting."
— The Colts are "beat-up from the feet up" at quarterback, but coach Chuck Pagano isn't ruling his 6-8 team out of the playoff race just yet.
"Stranger things have happened," he said Monday. "Call me naive, but there’s still a chance."
— Saints coach Sean Payton was a little confused why a penalty was called on offensive lineman Senio Kelemete to negate a touchdown late in the second quarter of Monday's 35-27 loss to the Lions.
"He reported," Payton told reporters. "He was in for the prior play and the explanation I got was he never reported. My question was, 'Well, if he never reported, why didn't (they) throw a penalty (flag) on the first play?'"
