NFL teams released their final Week 3 injury reports Friday, and three NFL backup quarterbacks have tough challenges ahead of them.
Tony Romo's injury thrusts Brandon Weeden into a starting role, while Saints backup Luke MCown and Bears backup Jimmy Clausen are in similar situations.

Weeden will try to keep pace with a high-flying Falcons offense, and McCown and Clausen face two of the tougher defenses in the NFL with the Panthers and Seahawks, respectively.
The Chiefs and Packers, who play Monday night, will release their final injury reports Saturday.
Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens
Bengals wide receiver A.J. Green (knee) is listed as probable for Sunday, which is promising news for Cincinnati, which hopes to move to 3-0 with a win over its division rival. (FULL INJURY REPORT)
Baltimore will be without left tackle Eugene Monroe (concussion), while Lorenzo Taliaferro (foot) is questionable. Linebacker C.J. Mosley (non-injury), who has 15 tackles and two sacks in two games, is probable. (FULL INJURY REPORT)
Oakland Raiders at Cleveland Browns
Charles Woodson (shoulder) still practiced on a limited basis this week and is probable for Sunday, while defensive tackle Justin Ellis (ankle) and defensive end Benson Mayowa (knee) remain out. (FULL INJURY REPORT)

New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers

Panthers fans will have to wait at least another week to see linebacker Luke Kuechly, who remains sidelined with a concussion after failing to pass the NFL's concussion protocol. Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

Already without Dez Bryant (foot) and Tony Romo (collarbone), the injury-riddled Cowboys also could be missing Jason Witten after the tight end suffered two sprained ankles and a sprained knee in Sunday night's win over the Eagles. Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Houston Texans

Jacksonville Jaguars at New England Patriots

San Diego Chargers at Minnesota Vikings

DeMarco Murray just can't catch a break. Last season's rushing champion, who has just 11 yards on 21 carries in two games, left practice early Wednesday after tweaking his hamstring and is questionable for Sunday. Pittsburgh Steelers at St. Louis Rams

The 49ers sustained a number of injuries last week, though Torrey Smith (knee) and Carlos Hyde (quadricep) were full participants this week and listed as probable. Kansas City Chiefs at Green Bay Packers
All nine players listed on the Chiefs' injury report, including Jeremy Maclin (knee), Eric Fisher (ankle) and Jeff Allen (knee), were full participants in practice Friday. The generally healthy Kansas City squad should have no problem handling the undefeated Packers at home.
Green Bay could be missing two big-name starters after running back Eddie Lacy and wide receiver Davante Adams both injured their ankles in Sunday's win over the Seahawks. Coach Mike McCarthy added that offensive tackle Bryan Bualga (knee) has "another big challenge this week" and will likely be replaced by Don Barclay for the second straight week. (FULL INJURY REPORT)
