There's been a shakeup to ESPN's flagship NFL program.
The Big Lead is reporting the Hall of Fame tight end and Super Bowl-winning coach Mike Ditka has been removed from the cast of "Sunday NFL Countdown" and will be replaced by free-agent quarterback Matt Hasselbeck. Hasselbeck, an 18-year NFL veteran, will be part of Sunday NFL Countdown and Monday Night Countdown.

The three-time Pro Bowler spent the past three seasons as a member of the Colts. He threw for 1,690 yards nine touchdowns while filling in for injured starter Andrew Luck in 2015.
Hasselbeck's brother Tim, who also played quarterback in the NFL, is an NFL analyst for ESPN.
