It’s been a good news/bad news kind of week as far as Jets wide receivers are concerned. While Brandon Marshall appears to be fine, Eric Decker’s shoulder injury is making New York fans and fantasy football owners nervous.
Jets WR Eric Decker's partially torn rotator cuff is worrisome enough that team considered putting him on IR. Robby Anderson could benefit.

Marshall was expected to be limited in last week’s game against the Chiefs with knee and foot issues, but while he wasn’t remarkably effective (three catches for 27 yards), he was targeted by Ryan Fitzpatrick 10 times. Fitzpatrick threw six interceptions in Kansas City, which helps explain Marshall’s lack of productivity.
Decker, meanwhile, was diagnosed with a partially torn rotator cuff. The injury occurred in the Jets’ Week 2 game against the Bills, but he told the team he reaggravated it against the Chiefs, a game in which he played every offensive snap but caught just one pass.
Decker did not practice this week, and Jets coach Todd Bowles called it a "week-to-week" injury.

The player and team both hope to avoid surgery and get Decker back on the field.
"Yeah, for sure," Decker said, per ESPN. "That's why at this point it's just, see how much strength and range of motion I get back. We've got a plan, with the training staff and the coaching staff. We'll stick to the plan and see what happens."
Until he is able to play again, Fitzpatrick — and fantasy owners — will look more to Quincy Enunwa, who is having a fine second season with 17 catches for 183 yards and a touchdown.
