After posting back-to-back 100-yard rushing performances, Eddie Lacy disappeared last week, carrying the ball five times for four yards. He wasn't injured, but reports indicated that he missed curfew in Detroit, which led to him having a lesser role against the Lions.
Speaking to reporters Tuesday, coach Mike McCarthy said Lacy's past is behind him, and the running back has a chance to regain his regular role in Week 14 against the Cowboys.

"I think Eddie’s been rejuvenated," he said. "His work was good today. I checked in with him just like I do with all players. I look for him to have a good week of practice and be productive Sunday. We're worried about what's in front of us. We talk about what’s behind us way too much.”
McCarthy wouldn't go into much detail about Lacy's workload other than to say, “Everything Eddie wants to accomplish is right there in front of him."
What's not clear is whether rookie John Crockett, who was added from the practice squad to the 53-man roster last week and produced 22 yards on five carries, will get more touches. Green Bay also has James Starks, who got 14 touches last week and has been heavily involved in the offense all season.
Lacy last month was replaced by Starks as Green Bay's top back. A third-year pro, Lacy has seen a major drop-off this season in rushing attempts per game (11.5) and yards per game (47).
