For the first time since high school, Seahawks safety Earl Thomas was forced to miss a football game due to an injury.
Seattle took to the road last weekend to face the Buccaneers, and Thomas had to stay behind to recuperate.
Instead of moping around, Thomas, his wife, daughter and brother went to Portland, Ore. to catch a couple of Trail Blazers games and watch the big game this past Sunday.
Thomas and his family decided Buffalo Wild Wings was the best place to watch the Seahawks. To ensure he wasn't bothered, Thomas sported dark sunglasses and a hoodie as a disguise.

Thomas said he tried to enjoy the game, but the 14-5 loss was a tough pill to swallow.
“I was into it,” he told The Seattle Times. “You can’t be silent. You can’t hide when you are openly passionate about something like this. People knew who I was but they kind of let me be. But it was definitely hard watching it.”
However, Thomas said he was a full participant in practice and is expected to play against the Panthers Sunday.
“I knew I was trying to make it back for this week,” he said. “So it helps to be back out there. Was just definitely just weird for me to see the team out there without me. I know it’s not all about me, but I’m a part of the team, so it was definitely weird to see that.”
