We can add another prospect to the list of top-30 visits the Detroit Lions have taken part in during the 2024 NFL Draft.
Per his Instagram, William & Mary edge rusher Nate Lynn visited the Lions on Wednesday. Lynn has also met with the Baltimore Ravens and is scheduled to meet with the Atlanta Falcons, both via Zoom.
The 6-foot-3, 255-pound EDGE tallied 69 tackles, 15 sacks, one pass defensed and eight forced fumbles over three seasons, including 13 sacks combined in the past two (career-high seven in 2022).

Other than raw stats, there really isn't a lot of information out there on Lynn, who figures to either be drafted late on Day 3 or be available as an undrafted free agent.
William & Mary EDGE Nate Lynn (#99) has my full attention, an excellent combination of speed, length and power. Has the second most sacks in the FCS (6) and uses his length and bend around the corner effectively.

The Lions could use an immediate impact edge rusher, seeing as how they're in a win-now situation. However, it wouldn't hurt to take a flyer on Lynn, whether that be as a seventh-round pick or UDFA.
