When it came to ticket, beer and parking prices during the 2023 NFL season, the Detroit Lions were more affordable than most teams in two of those areas.
According to Bookies.com, via NFL analyst Tyler Webb, the Lions charged $30 for gameday parking last season, tied for the third-cheapest total in the league. Only the Atlanta Falcons ($24) and Miami Dolphins ($25) charged less.
Along with the Lions, the Tennessee Titans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Cleveland Browns, Arizona Cardinals and Indianapolis Colts charged 30 bucks. The Las Vegas Raiders led the NFL, charging $100 for parking.

On the opposite side of the spectrum, the average price of a ticket to see the Lions at Ford Field came in at $253, the sixth-highest amount, according to TickPick.
Only the Raiders ($433), Philadelphia Eagles ($406), Kansas City Chiefs ($371), San Francisco 49ers ($299) and New England Patriots ($274) had a higher average.

While having a higher average ticket price isn't ideal for fans, the Lions have more justification than ever for what they charge after the team has seen a resurgence in recent years that has led to Detroit being one of the best teams in the NFL.
