Along with 24 other teams, the Detroit Lions began their 2024 offseason program on Monday in what is officially the first step in preparing for the upcoming season.
The offseason program is broken down into three phases, with Phase One lasting two weeks and featuring "activities limited to meetings, strength and conditioning, and physical rehabilitation only," according to the NFL.
