We are just hours away from the 2024 NFL Draft, which begins on Thursday, April 25, at 8 p.m. ET. Barring a trade, the Detroit Lions will make their first pick at No. 29 overall.
There is no shortage of possibilities for the Lions, mostly because of the unpredictable nature of general manager Brad Holmes. But the Lions also have a ton of options because of the impressive state their roster is in going into the 2024 season.
Even with the latter being true, the Lions still have some needs to address moving forward. The draft will be the next step, and then Detroit can shore things up after that in free agency, where they have ample cap space, per Over the Cap.
