When Forbes released its annual NFL valuations Wednesday, a familiar logo rested atop the list.
The Dallas Cowboys remained the league's most valuable team with a current value of $4.2 billion and an operating income of $300 million. The New England Patriots came in second at $3.4 billion.
Fresh off the opening of The Star — Dallas' new and improved headquarters in Frisco, Texas — and still showing off the impressive AT&T Stadium whenever the opportunity strikes, the Cowboys have a web of incredible facilities lined within their confines.
In contrast, the Buffalo Bills — with their small market and 43-year-old stadium — checked in as the least valuable franchise at $1.5 billion. The Detroit Lions were 31st at $1.65 billion.
