After what was a frustratingly quiet offseason for some fans, the Cowboys have three picks in the top 100 with which to fill out their roster with a new group of young stars.

Cowboys NFL Draft needs
- Wide receiver: CeeDee Lamb is still a stud, but the Cowboys need some more options to line up alongside him on offense. Veteran journeyman Brandin Cooks currently holds to second spot on the depth chart, with some interesting names like Jalen Tolbert and KaVontae Turpin further down the list, but there is certainly room for a bit more talent here.
- Running back: With the departure of Ezekiel Elliott last year and Tony Pollard in the offseason, the Cowboys are turning to a new chapter at running back. Rico Dowdle resigned in the offseason, and Deuce Vaughn, one of the the brighter stories of last year’s draft class, is still on the roster. But with plenty of running back talent on the board, don’t be surprised if Dallas takes a few shots at the position with hopes of hitting another bullseye.
- Offensive line: Tackle Tyron Smith and center Tyler Biadasz left the Cowboys in the offseason, meaning there are a few holes on the line that need to be filled.
