The Cowboys will try and keep their playoff hopes alive as they host the division-rival Redskins on Sunday in Week 17.

Washington (3-12) is nearing the end of a season it would like to forget. The team fired coach Jay Gruden earlier in the season and recent reports have stated owner Dan Snyder is considering firing long-time team president Bruce Allen at season's end. Despite the tumultuous season, the Redskins are lined up to pick second in the upcoming draft which will likely land them Ohio State's Chase Young who many experts consider to be the best player in the draft.
Dallas was pegged by many to be a Super Bowl contender heading into the season. Now, its playoff hopes are hanging on by a thread.
