Gregory, 23, is already serving a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy. With the additional 10-game suspension, he will be able to return in Week 16.

The extra suspension stems from another violation in July. Since it was a repeat offense, the NFL's policy states the punishment must be a 10-game suspension.
Gregory will still be allowed to work out in the team's facility during his hiatus.
