The Dallas Cowboys defensive line may get a boost soon as second-year player Randy Gregory is out of rehab and back in Dallas, the Star-Telegram reported.
Gregory is serving a four-game suspension for violating the league’s substance abuse policy and can return to meetings and workouts this week.

However, Gregory’s suspension could increase to 10 games if he's found to have violated the policy again since the announcement of his suspension in February. But Cowboys owner Jerry Jones doesn’t seem concerned.
“I don’t want to be presumptuous. I don’t want to be anything,” Jones said Sunday after the team's loss to the Giants. “I know that he’s had a lot of good care, and he’s been very conscientious about how he has approached this period of time when he’s been in his rehab.”

Gregory does have an appeal filed with the NFL, but a date for the hearing has not been scheduled.
