The Lions and Cowboys are each officially playoff-bound, but both teams still have plenty to play for in the penultimate week of the regular season.

Now that it has wrapped up the NFC North, Detroit has its sights set on the conference's No. 1 seed. With two weeks to go, the Lions are even with the 49ers for the best record in the NFC at 11-4.

But San Francisco holds the tiebreaker, thanks to a 9-1 conference record. In order to leapfrog the 49ers, Detroit must win out and hope San Francisco loses one of its final two games.

Dallas, meanwhile, is still eyeing the NFC East crown. But the Cowboys don't control their own destiny, either. They'll need to win their final two games and have the Eagles drop at least one of their final two games, too.

In what may be a potential playoff preview, both teams tout two of the league's premier receivers. For Detroit, third-year wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown has blossomed into an All-Pro talent. The former fourth-round pick ranks fifth in the NFL in receiving yards (1,281) and is tied for seventh in touchdowns (eight).

St. Brown sits behind two-time Pro-Bowler CeeDee Lamb in both categories. Lamb's 1,424 receiving yards trail only Tyreek Hill, and his nine touchdowns are good for fourth-most in the league.
