The Cowboys beat the Eagles, but the win came at an expense. Quarterback Tony Romo is out indefinitely after breaking his left collarbone.
Even without Romo, the Cowboys were able to overcome 18 penalties to outscore an Eagles offense that's looked inept through two weeks. In Sunday's 20-10 loss at Lincoln Financial Field, the Eagles had more turnovers at one point than total rushing yards. Philadelphia (0-2) finished with three turnovers and just 7 rushing yards.

The Eagles made a big splash in free agency, luring DeMarco Murray away from Dallas a season after he led the NFL with 1,845 rushing yards. Through two games this season, however, Murray has just 11 yards on 21 carries. He ran for only 2 yards on 13 attempts Sunday, but did add five receptions for 53 yards. Quarterback Sam Bradford led the Eagles with 9 rushing yards on two carries.
Bradford was not good Sunday, but neither were his receivers. One of Bradford's two interceptions came off a deflected pass, when the ball went right through the hands of Eagles tight end Zach Ertz.
The Eagles defense was also stout, holding Romo to 195 passing yards while going 18-of-27 before his injury. The Cowboys offense did not score a touchdown with Romo at the helm, but they did score when Kyle Wilber picked up a blocked punt.
Brandon Weeden came in to replace Romo, and he played well. Weeden was a perfect 7-for-7 for 73 yards and a 42-yard touchdown pass to Terrance Williams to give the Cowboys a 20-3 lead.
The Cowboys defense, led by linebacker Sean Lee, held Chip Kelly's offense scoreless through three quarters. The Eagles were kept out of the end zone until Bradford connected with Jordan Matthews from 6 yards out with 1:21 remaining in the game.
While the Philadelphia offense faces plenty of questions moving forward, the Eagles have hope because all of their pieces are in place. The Cowboys are 2-0, but now left wondering how their offense will function without leading receiver Dez Bryant, out 10-12 weeks with a broken foot, and now Romo.
"It's a fractured clavicle. I've had it before," Romo told Fox Sports after the game. "We'll deal with it and move on. I'll be back. It's going to take a little bit of a time. I'm proud we got this win. It's not an easy place to play."
