The Colts may be coming off a 9-8 season, but Indianapolis fans have plenty of reason for optimism. This could be one of the dark-horse teams in the AFC if Anthony Richardson stays healthy and Indy's draft picks work out.
Sure, the AFC South got considerably better this offseason. And the Colts' non-divisional opponents this season include the Dolphins, Bills, Lions, Vikings, and Packers. But Richardson — and new backup Joe Flacco, if needed — have plenty around them to make some noise.
A full season of a healthy Jonathan Taylor is always a good start. Drafting wideout Adonai Mitchell to line up opposite Michael Pittman helps, too. And top rookie pass-rusher Laiatu Latu should be a perfect complement to an underrated Colts D.
