The Indianapolis Colts spent the majority of their time in free agency re-signing key players both before and after they hit the open market.
As of this writing, the Colts re-signed 11 of their in-house free agents. They brought in two outside free agents in the forms of quarterback Joe Flacco and defensive tackle Raekwon Davis. They also let a handful of their own free agents sign elsewhere.
